Eligibility & Availability
Offer valid on purchases made at spyder.com by Spyder Insyder members 18 years of age or older, in jurisdictions where such promotions are permitted by law. Employees, affiliates, and promotional partners of Spyder are not eligible. Offer is subject to product availability; gift colors and sizes may vary.
How the Offer Works
No code required. Sign in to your Spyder Insyder account, then add a full-price Men’s, Women’s, or Kids’ Premium Ski Jacket or Ski Pants to your cart. After you click “Add to Cart,” a pop-up will appear for each qualifying item, letting you choose a color and size for the matching baselayer set. The baselayer set will be automatically discounted to $0 at checkout. Sale or discounted items do not qualify.
Gift With Purchase
Receive one (1) free baselayer set for each qualifying Premium Ski Jacket or Ski Pants in your order. The gift category matches the qualifying item: Men’s purchases receive a Men’s baselayer set, Women’s purchases receive a Women’s set, and Kids’ purchases receive a Kids’ set. Gifts cannot be substituted for a different category. Gifts are available while supplies last. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or credit, or resold.
Returns
Free baselayer sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returning a qualifying item will not affect your gift.
Right to Modify or Cancel
Spyder may correct pricing or other errors and may change, suspend, or cancel this promotion, including eligible items and gift availability, at any time, with or without notice.
Additional Terms & Legal Notices
All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Spyder (a brand of Outdoor Collective) is not responsible for technical issues affecting site access or checkout during the promotional period. Spyder may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or other commercial parties, or that otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions.
