The Zenith down jacket is designed for lightweight warmth. The custom-welded 3D hourglass baffles pair with 700 fill duck down to create a jacket that can be a layering piece for cold winter days as easily as it can be an outerwear jacket for crisp spring mornings. Our duck down is traceable through Allied Feather and Down's trackmydown.com website.

Shipping
Orders placed before 9am Mountain time may ship in the same day, dependent on the volume of orders during peak season. We would recommend that for overnight or same-day shipping requests that the order is placed as early as possible in the morning to guarantee delivery. Any orders placed after 9am Mountain time will generally ship out in the next business day.
Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will not ship until the next non-holiday business day.
Returns
The following policies only apply to items purchased via Spyder.com. Any items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are ineligible for any returns, exchanges, or refunds. Outerwear jackets and pants still qualify for warranty repairs as applicable.
At Spyder, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase. We offer a 30-day return period from the original purchase date for a refund to the original form of payment used on the order.
Customers are responsible for a small restocking fee. However, we will cover the cost of the return shipping label. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the product to the warehouse.

Orders and Policies
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached, gear that's already seen the mountain can't be returned. Start your return here and we'll email you a prepaid label.
Only items ordered through Spyder.com with an order number starting with 'SPYU' are eligible for returns through our system. We do not process returns for any products purchased from any other website or physical retailer.
- Unfortunately, once an order is entered into our system it enters processing immediately. When an order is placed, we are unable to change any aspect of its contents including styles, sizes, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience!
- If you ordered an incorrect size or style, your item may be eligible for return or exchange after it is received.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number. If you have a Spyder account, you can also log in at www.spyder.com using your username and password to view order details, tracking numbers, return authorizations, and more.
- Tracking information may not be immediately available after you have placed your order. If it has been at least 2 business days since you've placed your order and you haven't received your email with tracking details, please reach out to us at customerservice@spyder.com with your order number (e.g. SPYU-123456) and any other relevant information, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Spyder offers a limited lifetime warranty on outerwear, specifically ski jackets and pants, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to items purchased by the original owner from Spyder.com or an Authorized Spyder Dealer, with valid proof of purchase. A style tag and proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility; without either, we cannot accept the item for evaluation.
