Worn this for the first time in 10-15 degrees with 10-15mph winds and it was flawless. Stopped the wind in its tracks and allowed the mid (HH lifaloft) and base (HH merino wool midweight) layers to keep the warmth in. Great function, big inside pockets and plenty of outside ones with nice touches like clips for cell phone case! T
