Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your Spyder product. However, if the product you purchased directly from Spyder Active Sports is not what you expected, please return it to us.  We are delighted to announce that you can use self-serve returns from your Account Page on the website to return your item(s) directly to our warehouse.

Log in, select the item(s) that you wish to return and enter all the necessary information.  You will then be presented with a printout to include in the box as well as the returns label to be applied.

If you do not have an account with Spyder please download and complete the form below.  You can either use our pre-paid return label or ship with a carrier of your choice. Please note that pre-paid labels are only available for the continental United States.

TO USE OUR RETURN LABEL SERVICE (FOR THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY)

Shipping charges are prepaid by us and no postage is required.

If you prefer, you can send your item back to us at the address on our U.S. Return Form, using a carrier of your choice. However, we will not be responsible for freight charges on products returned with carriers other than our return service above. In any event, we recommend that you use a shipper that provides a tracking number. Defective or, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 60 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. The product must be returned unworn. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility. We are unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for with a PayPal account. For exchanges, please return your item and place a new order for your desired product.

Refunds will be credited to your account within 15 business days (3 weeks) of receipt of your packaged return according to our policies stated above. These return policies and procedures as well as the use of the Spyder Active Sports U.S. Return Form apply ONLY to consumers who purchased their Spyder product from www.spyder.com.

Spyder Active Sports is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees or service charges resulting from the timing of charges or credits to your account.

HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Purchases made between November 17 2017 and December 15 2017 can be returned or exchanged until January 14 2018.  Final Sale items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
