  • Before joining Spyder, Tom was President and CEO of Motor Sport Aftermarket Group, a build up of premium high performance motorcycle parts and accessory companies.
  • Prior to joining Motor Sport Aftermarket Group, Tom was President of Burton Snowboards, the global leader in snowboarding equipment and apparel.
  • Tom served as board member of the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, United Way, USIA and S&S Cycles.
  • Graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in Economics. Tom and his wife Nancy have two children, Lt. Andrew McGann, USMC and Mollie McGann, a senior at University of Colorado, Boulder. The McGanns reside in Longmont, Colorado.

  • Prior to joining Motor Sport Aftermarket Group, Doug was the Chief Financial Officer of Aspen Marketing Services, a consolidator of marketing services companies.
  • Prior to joining Aspen Marketing, Doug served as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for CareLine, Inc., a publically traded consolidator of emergency medical services companies.
  • Doug has over 24 years of financial management and M&A experience with both publically traded and private equity funded companies.
  • Doug has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA from the University of Toledo.

  • Lifelong interest in classical tailoring and fashion.
  • Collector of vintage military garments and gear.
  • Passionate student of past and present automotive design and racing.
  • First designer of apparel for Salomon; defined their aesthetic of cleanliness and modernity.
