Spylon™

Spylon™ is a durable water repellent (DWR) finish applied to the fabric exterior to prevent the garment from absorbing surface moisture. Ultra durable, Spylon™ has a durable water repellency of 80% after 20 washings. It also guards against water and oil-based stains.

Thinsulate™ Supreme Insulation features a special fiber coating that gives it a soft, silky, luxurious feel. Its excellent drape characteristics provide better fit in both classic and contemporary styling. Like other Thinsulate™ Insulation products, Thinsulate™ Supreme Insulation retains its exceptional insulating ability under damp conditions and retains excellent breathability.

Thinsulate™

Thinsulate™ Insulation is constructed of unique micro fibers, about ten times smaller than in other synthetics. These efficiently trap insulating air, reflect radiant body heat and deliver warmth two times greater than down and other polyester insulations when equal thicknesses are compared.

Down

Nature's perfect insulator. Its tiny fibers are lightweight, compressible, and efficiently hold body heat. Goose down is rated in "power fill". The higher the number, the greater the quality. The greater the quality, the better the loft and warmth-to-weight ratio become.
