Roz Groenewoud
Name: Rosalind Heather Matthews Groenewoud, but you can call me Roz.
Hometown: Calgary, Alberta. I now live in Squamish, BC.
Plans for the next couple of years: I'll continue to compete, pushing not just my Halfpipe skiing but also SlopeStyle and Big Air because I love them all. I'd like to gain some experience in filming and find a little more time for powder and back country skiing. I really want to go heli skiing. If Halfpipe skiing becomes an Olympic discipline for 2014, I want to stand on the top of the podium for Canada.

Favourite trip last year: I have favourite things about most trips but Japan is always a highlight. My little vacation in the Cook Islands (on the way to train in NZ) was very short but very special.
Shoutouts: To my teamies, parents, Luke, Veronique, Justin, Jimbo, Rob & Consuelo, and friends because you help me believe in myself, even on the bad days.
