Position Summary
This individual will be responsible for responding to all customer questions and inquiries. Ability to handle heavy call volume and work under pressure in a tight deadline environment. Responsible for all order entry and verifications of sales orders and have an extremely strong attention to detail. Flexibility to work additional hours including weekends, holidays and evenings. We are seeking a self-motivated, organized professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft office with basic computer skill
- Very organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in French a plus
- Pratique courrante de la langue Francaise est un plus
