Errol Kerr

Errol Kerr is not only part of the Jamaica ski team; he IS the Jamaica Ski team. Errol Kerr grew up in Lake Tahoe, California. In 2007-2008 Kerr was on the U.S. Ski Cross Team, and finished fifth at Winter X Games. But since his childhood, love of his father's homeland spawned dreams of someday representing Jamaica in international competition. With the support of Alpine Meadows Ski Resort and Spyder Active Sports, Kerr set out to make the dream a reality. In the 2008-2009 World Cup season, Kerr represented Jamaica on three continents: Europe, North America and Japan. At the World Championships, he finished 10th. Known for his fast qualifying times, Kerr is a contender for medaling at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Ski Cross.
