After overcoming one of the hardest obstacles in my life in 07, I couldn't be happier with how the previous season went. I had the opportunity to film with Rage Films, Teton Gravity Research and one day with Warren Miller, which was a lot more than I could have expected! Also I only ended up doing 3 competitions but ended up 2nd in Aspen Open Slopestyle, and 1st in the Stomp Games Slopestyle, Oh! and, also 33rd in dew tour slope semis! haha. Now that I have my head back on straight, or at least I think I do, I have a ton of new goals set in mind. Competing and filming mixed with those fun days on the hill with friends is what keeps me going, so on those days where the mountain is skiiable, I will be skiing. Also lately I've been trying to learn how to skateboard, which I am convinced is the hardest sport in the world, and also I bought a dirt bike at the beginning of the summer so riding that's been ridiculously fun as well. Come winter I plan to start training the pipe, which still scares me after claiming a season of mine, and continuing to shred some slopestyle as well. Everyday I'll be doing my best to have a good time and DO WORK at the same time. See you up on the mountain!
